I help you manage the practical side of moving and living in your home: from selecting the right moving company and coordinating packing and transport, through reducing unnecessary belongings and organizing your new space, to looking after your property when you are away.
I do not provide immigration, residency or administrative relocation services. My focus is your home, your belongings and the entire process around them.
You can use each service separately or combine several into one coordinated process.
PREMIUM MOVES
Local and international moves, professionally coordinated
A well-organized move is more than transport.
I coordinate premium local and international moves, selecting professional moving companies with the right insurance, equipment, experience and service standards.
Depending on your needs, the service may include:
- selecting and coordinating the moving company
- planning the move
- professional packing
- protection of furniture and personal belongings
- protection of floors, walls, doors and common areas
- specialist equipment where required
- insurance review
- transport coordination
- unpacking
- home organization after delivery

For international moves, I can coordinate the process within Europe and worldwide, while remaining your point of contact throughout.

What affects the price?
The cost depends on the volume and type of belongings, packing requirements, distance, access to both properties, number of people involved, specialist equipment, insurance requirements and the level of coordination needed.
Every move is quoted individually after an initial conversation and review of the scope.
DECLUTTERING
Move less. Keep what matters.
A move is often the best time to decide what is actually worth taking with you.
I help you go through your belongings, reduce unnecessary volume and prepare your home for packing or reorganization.
The service may include:
- sorting belongings by category
- reducing duplicates
- separating items to keep, donate, sell or dispose of
- preparing for a move
- simplifying storage
- working through selected rooms or the whole home
Decluttering can be booked on its own or combined with moving and home organization.
The goal is not to get rid of as much as possible.
It is to keep what is useful, meaningful and right for the life you are living now.

The price depends on the size of the space, volume of belongings, number of categories, level of accumulation and time needed to complete the process.
Every project is assessed individually.
HOME ORGANIZATION
A home that works for the way you live
Unpacking boxes does not automatically create a functional home.
I help organize kitchens, wardrobes, pantries, bathrooms, documents, utility spaces and other areas so that everyday life becomes easier.
The service may include:
- analysing how you use the space
- creating functional zones
- grouping belongings into logical categories
- improving storage
- simplifying the way items are put away
- recommending organizers where needed
- setting up systems after a move
I do not organize homes simply to make them look good.
The system needs to work in real life.
What affects the price?
The price depends on the size and complexity of the space, amount of belongings, number of zones, whether decluttering is needed first and whether additional storage solutions are required.
Each project is quoted individually.
HOME MANAGEMENT
Your home looked after while you are away
If you travel frequently, live between countries, own a second home or rent out your property, I can help with the practical management of the home while you are not there.
Depending on the agreed scope, this may include:
- regular property checks
- arranging repairs
- coordinating contractors and service providers
- access for technicians
- checking completed work
- communication with tenants
- handling maintenance issues
- preparing the home before your arrival
- coordinating cleaning, gardening or other services
- regular updates and reporting
This is not real-estate agency or rental brokerage.
The service focuses on looking after the property and managing practical matters on behalf of the owner.
What affects the price?
The cost depends on the size and type of property, frequency of visits, level of responsibility, number of contractors or tenants involved and the scope of ongoing tasks.
For regular home management, a monthly arrangement can be agreed.
